"Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well" Psalm 139:14
I LOVE this! I came across your blog from the Sonlight box day blog.. and then I realized you're from Houston area! :) We are as well (NW Houston). Happy Sonlighting! Can't wait to see lots of Sonlight posts!
Btw, added you to my blogroll.. hope you don't mind! I just don't want to forget to come back and check things out!
How did you do this craft? Looks like something my kids would love to do. Any craft with paint is wonderful. Oh and at Friday School I found out any craft with tape is wonderful as well. Who would have thought? Are you going to start blogging again? I love your craft ideas you posted and need more! :)
Hi Mandy. Thanks for following my blog. I will be back at blogging soon. It's been a season of change for us at home and I wanted to take a break as I have blogged non stop for 4 years now. :) But yes, I love forward to share some of our adventures with Sonlight very soon.
Jen, I will be back at blogging soon. For the spin plate. I covered a medium sized box with newspaper. Then put a piece of putty in the center, the plate on top of the putty and a push pin through the paper and putty. Does that make sense??That way the plate can "spin" in place, held by the push pin. I mix water into the paint so it was runny. The boys then drip the paint on to the plate with a plastic spoon with one hand, while spinning with the other hand. That's it! :)
